i think i have to make a entry,otherwise it will be shout down all my memories~

i got a pharyngitis,thats why i am available to do my own things~~

last saturday,i did a really important step in my life~i was baptized in ST. Benetic's  church,it feel closer and closer with God~thank you alll the fathers and sisters,especially father lau & lui,and sister mak & ho,they gave me too much privileged becoz of my poor attendence!i conquered all the demons,now i am back to the yard~

other comrade in arms,thank you for coming and being a witness of my religion~~

ka shun ,being my mother is a really tough job,i wish i can make a better life and relationship with God and also you~i really want to thank that  you gave me an encourage on that day,do you remember you drew a cross on my hand?thats really help~

God had prepared,just depends on you,you gonna hide or accept,all control by your hand~God had showed mercy and forgiveness~

finally,i finished hole season of traning and competition~firstly i want to thanks God,i cant use all words to explain my feeling,but God helps me and stay with me ,thats the most motivation pushing me forward~althought i got some bad days during my life,but you still stay by my side~~all my glory are come from God~~

second,i really want want to said thank you to my mother~~mom,i did it~~

its you give me body,is you bring me to the world,mon i didnt forget what you said~~love you and miss you alot,son~~

of course other of my family,thanks for accept all my foolish things,but i want to proof somebody error,i am not useless,by the way,love you dad,sister and brother~~

thanks for my lovely,especially your patience and  care~i cant use any words to express my feeling,but i know you will understand how important you are~~

third,teammate,thanks for Terry So row in a double with me,i am sorry about losing so many chances for the medal,but thank you,if my partner change to other guy,i cant be there~

thanks Rick Lo,thanks for your taught,if not you ,i think i cant got the final result,so half of my medal is you~

thanks for Fai Fong,fitness centre staff,physio staff,your support are really effect my performace,thanks for your professional comment and helping,especially Fai,you spend a lot of your spare time for helping~~

if i have any missing,dont worry,all persons passing in my life,you are the hero in my life~~

finally,i settle down all the things~so i can take a deep breath~~

recently, i dont have exactly direction for myself,i think i should start planning ~

anyway i dont really have the real picture yet~but i seem to become clear~
